Prior to founding StitchLens, Abhishek established and led the consulting practice at Groyyo, building the division from the ground up and working closely with leading manufacturers on factory development, operational transformation, and capability building programmes. His work over the years has included greenfield factory development, manufacturing system design, operational restructuring, workforce capability initiatives, and supply chain optimisation across multiple markets. Through StitchLens Strategic Partners, Abhishek is building a consulting platform that brings together strategic thinking, operational depth, and disciplined execution. Swati Singh is a Senior Partner at StitchLens Strategic Partners, bringing over 25 years of combined industry and academic experience across the fashion, apparel, and retail ecosystem. Her professional journey includes more than a decade of industry experience across buying, sourcing, merchandising, and product development with global organisations such as H&M and William E. Connor & Associates. This operational exposure across product development and vendor ecosystems provides her with a strong understanding of the commercial and supply-side dynamics of the global fashion industry. Over the past decade, Swati has also played an important role in shaping future industry talent through academic leadership and programme development. She has been associated with leading fashion institutions including the Indian Institute of Art and Design, National Institute of Fashion Technology (as External Examiner), and Pearl Academy, where she has contributed to curriculum development, industry-integrated learning models, and mentoring of emerging professionals.
